I have been feeling overwhelmed lately. I thought spirit had left me alone to fend for myself. In reality I had left spirit and went off on my own. I don't really know how I fell out of spirit...mundane things in life getting in the way, overwhelming angst over what should be done/could be done/must be done, and just overall not feeling well physically.
