Mikao Usui's Reiki Ryoho is a spiritual practice to aid in finding your True Self. Energy healing is one method of the practice. Reiki promotes a deep relaxation that offers you greater inner calm, which helps you on your journey of self-discovery.
I focus my classes on the spiritual teachings taught by the founder, Mikao Usui, which I believe offers an experience that will remain with you for years to come.
Both Reiki 1 & 2 classes listed below include learning the symbols and hands-on healing. For each class, you will be provided a PDF download for the Reiki manual, as well as a beautiful certificate at completion (you must attend all classes for your certificate).
Shoden, Usui Reiki Ryoho, 1
This is the first level of Reiki. In Japanese, Shoden means "first teachings." It is here that you begin your introduction to self-discovery. In this first class you will learn:
Usui's System of Reiki
Self-Reiki & Hands-on Healing
Intro to the Meditations
Symbols and Mantras
Reiju/Spiritual Blessings
This Shoden Reiki 1 class, is offered via Zoom and is scheduled over 3 days, running 3 hrs each. This allows you time to absorb what you've learned, practice any exercises/mediations given, and return to class with questions and to discuss your experiences.
At the end of this class you will be certified in Reiki 1, Usui Reiki Ryoho. At this point you can offer Reiki hands-on healing to friends and family.

*I try to keep the Reiki I class as inexpensive as possible. It's my belief that no one should be prevented to be certified at the Reiki I level just because they cannot afford it. I do ask the price above as a way to ensure a commitment from the student.
Okuden* - Usui Reiki Ryoho 2
Okuden* is the 2nd Level of Reiki training. In Japanese this level means "inner teachings." At this level of training you will learn:

Chanting precepts in Japanese
Deeper dive into the precepts
Hands-on healing
Enkaku Chiryo - Distant Healing
Reiju/Spiritual blessings
Overview of Reiki as a business practice
Business Ethics
Recommendations for further study
The Okuden Reiki class is offered via Zoom, scheduled over 3 days, running 3-4 hrs each. This time allows you time to practice what you've learned and return to class with questions, as well as an opportunity to discuss your experiences.
At the end of this class you will be certified as an Okuden Reiki practitioner. In other Reiki practices this would be the Reiki 2 level. Once you have Reiki 2 certification you can perform Reiki on others and start a Reiki business if that is your desire.
*Prerequisite for Okuden Reiki: Proof of certification of Usui Reiki Ryoho Level I (Shoden).

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your class. As a professional courtesy we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend. Please call, text, or email letting me know that you won't be attending.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be refunded, minus 25%.
There are no refunds if you do not attend.
