After a career in the corporate and non-profit sectors, I began the journey of transitioning into a new chapter of my life dedicated to spiritual growth and self-discovery.

In the process I moved deeper into metaphysical studies. It was here that I first learned about rediscovering our "true self," (or "self-realization," "finding the divine within," "awakening"). It's called many things but it's learning and recognizing that we are so much more than we realize. A "knowing" is revealed to us that we are one with a universe deep within our soul. With this knowledge we become aware that we are never alone and that our capabilities are far beyond what we could imagine. 

 

After years of study I recognized that few people understood this or the concept of true self or comprehend the meanings of duality vs. non-duality. Now, more than at any other time in history I believe its imperative that these concepts are taught and recognized to help in the development of a more empassioned and indepth journey to self-discovery no matter the age. It's through this understanding that we gain greater compassion for ourselves and others, as well as clarity of purpose.

 

My speaking experience comes from engagements with non-profits, government agencies, and women's conferences. I am comfortable in front of audiences up to 200. All my speaking presentations are offered free of charge to non-profits.*
